Access rails server running on Ubuntu virtual machine (with VMWare)

1 - On network VMWare settings (VM > Settings > Network adapter) check you have the value "NAT"
2 - get the IP of your Ubuntu Virtual machine executing the command
IP: value of inet addr listed
3 - start your rails server
4 - in your "client" machine, open your browser and type:
This should work.
